capacity, Penta provides technical and user support to
its global client base from its corporate headquarters
located in Geneva, Switzerland. In order to better serve

Technical Support Technician
Main Tasks:
- Provide helpdesk support by
phone
- Provide efficient,
comprehensive solutions to clients’ technical issues
- On-site customer visit and IT
support
- Keep an updated log of
incidents in our incident ticketing system
- Work closely with members from
the support and operations team and have regular
interaction with members of the Systems and
Infrastructure team
Candidate profile:
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience
- Bilingual French and English
- Application oriented
- Thorough Windows Servers’ experience
- Good IT networking knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Ability to listen
- Good organisation, adaptation skills, willing to
progress
- Excellent documentation skills
- Work methodology and rigour based on ITIL
concepts
- Sense of service, be customer focused and
willing to assist clients
- Must be professional, courteous, well attired
and adhere to the most stringent confidentiality
terms and be willing to work in a fun and fast-paced
environment
