Penta Prepares for SAS70 Type II
Compliance

control validations for SAS70 Type II audit by end
of 2009. SAS70, or Statement on Auditing Standard, is an
internationally recognized auditing system developed and
maintained by the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (AICPA) and is awarded to service
organizations that have implemented stringent internal
controls which satisfy certain regulatory requirements
such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
By providing customers with SAS 70 Type II audit report,
