In this capacity, Penta provides technical and user support to its global client base from its corporate headquarters located in Geneva, Switzerland and its new sister company Penta Corporate Hosting Limited (DIFC) in Dubai, UAE.

In order to better serve its growing customer needs, Penta has an opening for the following position:

Technical Support Technician (Recent IT graduate welcome)

Main Tasks

• Provide helpdesk support by phone
• Provide efficient, comprehensive solutions to clients’ technical issues
• Keep an updated log of incidents in our incident ticketing system
• Work closely with members from the support and operations team and have regular interaction with members of the Systems and Infrastructure team

Candidate profile and professional skills

• Recent IT graduate
• Bilingual English and French
• Application oriented
  
• CRM/SharePoint/SQL experience is a plus
  
• Thorough Windows Servers’ experience
  
• Good IT networking knowledge TCP/IP
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Good organization, adaptation skills, willing to progress
  
• Excellent documentation skills
  
• Work methodology and rigor based on ITIL concepts
  
• Sense of service, be customer focused and willing to assist clients
  
• Must be professional, courteous, adhere to the most stringent confidentiality terms and be willing to work in a fun and fast-paced environment
