Launches On-Demand Microsoft Dynamics CRM

– Penta, a leading global provider of managed hosting

(DIFC), announces the availability of On-Demand
Microsoft Dynamics CRM through a new web portal
available at www.penta.ch/crm. The new hosted service
delivers a full suite of marketing, sales and customer
service capabilities through a Web browser or directly
into Microsoft Office and Outlook. With On-Demand CRM
the customer is always in control; in terms of access
(web, client, mobile), in terms of set-up (on-demand,
on-premise) and in terms of payment options (traditional
licensing, Microsoft financing or pay-as-you-go).
Penta is now the first On-Demand Partner to offer
Microsoft Dynamics CRM based in the Romandie. The
rollout of this project was made possible through a
close collaboration between Microsoft Switzerland and

rollout the On-Demand CRM platform in a very short
